Responsible Gaming at rt777

We believe gaming should always be fun, controlled, and within your means. rt777 is committed to providing a safe environment for every player in Bangladesh.

Our Commitment to You

🔞 Players must be 21 years or older

At rt777, we take responsible gaming seriously. Online gambling is a form of entertainment — and like all forms of entertainment, it is most enjoyable when it remains a controlled leisure activity, not a financial strategy. We are dedicated to helping every player in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh maintain healthy gaming habits.

All accounts on rt777 are available exclusively to adults aged 21 and above. We have implemented a suite of responsible gaming tools designed to give you full control over your activity. These features are free to use, take effect immediately upon request, and are available to every registered player on our platform.

Remember: Gambling should never be used as a method to recover financial losses. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and always set a budget before you start playing.

How to Set Your Deposit Limits

Setting a deposit limit is one of the simplest and most effective ways to keep your gaming affordable. Follow these steps to apply a limit to your rt777 account:

Log in to your rt777 account using your registered credentials.
Navigate to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming section.
Choose daily, weekly, or monthly limit and enter your preferred maximum amount in BDT.
Confirm your choice — the limit takes effect immediately and can only be reduced, not increased, for 24 hours.

Recognising Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of income or background. Being aware of the warning signs is the first step toward getting help. Ask yourself honestly whether any of the following apply to you:

Spending more money or time gambling than you originally intended.
Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or problems in daily life.
Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling sessions.
Feeling restless or irritable when trying to stop or reduce gambling.
Lying to friends or family about how much time or money you spend gambling.

If any of these apply to you: Please stop playing and contact our support team immediately. You can also request a self-exclusion directly from your account settings. You are not alone — help is available.

Self-Exclusion and Time-Out Options

If you need a break from gambling, rt777 offers two levels of voluntary restriction. A time-out temporarily suspends your account for a period of your choice — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make deposits. Self-exclusion is a stronger measure: it closes your account for a minimum of 6 months and up to a permanent ban. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period. To request either option, contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and preferred restriction type. All requests are processed within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). We strongly encourage any player who feels gambling is affecting their wellbeing to make use of these tools without hesitation.
